You can follow the below steps to register yourself as a scrap dealer on Scrapit
Step 1: Click on the “Register as a Scrap Dealer”
Click on the “Register as a scrap Dealer” button (orange- yellow button) on the home page or on “Scrap Dealer” in the menu under “Sign Up” to register as a Scrap Dealer
Step 2: On the Sign in Page Click on “Register”
In the “Sign In” page click on the “Register” link near the “Sign In” button highlighted with a red box in the image below
Step 3: On the Register Form Select the Method You Want To Register From
In the register pop up select the method to register on Scrapit. You can choose to register from your Email id, Google or Facebook account
Note: If you are using your email id to register then you would need to verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your registered email.
Step 4: Add Your Profile Details in the “Complete Profile” Section
If you are choosing to register with your email address then this form will open up right after you click on the verification link
If you are using Google or Facebook login then this form will appear right after you click on “Register” button
In the “Complete Profile” Section you would need to:
- Select the category of scrap you deal with,
- Enter the location where you deal along with your phone number
- Select the type of user as “Scrap Dealer”
For example: If you are metal scrap dealer and you deal with ferrous metal scrap then you can select “Metal Scrap Dealer” and then select “Ferrous Metal Scrap Dealer” as shown below in the image
The following are the Scrap Dealer Categories are available on Scrapit:
- All Scrap Dealer
- E-Waste Scrap Dealer
- Metal Scrap Dealer
3.1 All Metal Scrap Dealer
3.2 Ferrous Metal Scrap Dealer
3.3 Non-Ferrous Metal Scrap Dealer - Paper Scrap Dealer
- Plastic Scrap Dealer
If in case you don’t find a suitable category in this list then please write to us on support@scrapit.in we will be happy to consider the adding the category for you.
Step 5: Click on "Save Changes"
Save your settings by clicking on the “Save Changes” button and that is it, your Scrap Dealer profile will be created for you on Scrapit
